Witamy na stronie Akademia Zmian. Korzystając z niniejszej strony internetowej, dokonując zakupu konsultacji coachingowych, mentoringowych, udziału w warsztatach lub produktów cyfrowych, akceptujesz niniejszy regulamin.

2. Zakres usług

Oferujemy:

  • indywidualne sesje coachingowe stacjonarne,

  • indywidualne sesje coachingowe online (wideokonferencja),

  • sesje mentoringowe,

  • warsztaty rozwojowe,

  • produkty cyfrowe (np. e-booki, materiały szkoleniowe).

Wszystkie usługi i produkty mają charakter edukacyjno-rozwojowy.

3. Płatności

Płatności realizowane są za pośrednictwem bezpiecznego systemu Stripe.

Kupujący zobowiązuje się do podania prawdziwych i aktualnych danych płatniczych. Skills Career Path Ltd nie przechowuje danych kart płatniczych.

Dokonując płatności, akceptujesz regulamin Stripe dostępny na stronie operatora.

4. Rezerwacja, zmiana terminu i anulowanie sesji

a) Rezerwacja

Sesje wymagają wcześniejszej rezerwacji, w zależności od dostępności terminów.
Po zaksięgowaniu płatności klient otrzymuje potwierdzenie drogą mailową.

b) Anulowanie i zwroty

  • pełny zwrot przysługuje przy anulowaniu minimum 6 godzin przed terminem sesji,

  • anulowanie późniejsze niż 6 godzin przed sesją nie uprawnia do zwrotu,

  • zwroty realizowane są tą samą metodą płatności w terminie do 7 dni roboczych.

c) Zmiana terminu

Możliwa bezpłatnie do 6 godzin przed planowaną sesją (w zależności od dostępności).

5. Produkty cyfrowe (e-booki, materiały)

a) Dostawa

Produkty cyfrowe udostępniane są do pobrania niezwłocznie po dokonaniu płatności.

b) Zwroty

Ze względu na charakter produktów cyfrowych, po uzyskaniu dostępu lub pobraniu produktu zwroty nie przysługują.

6. Sprzedaż na odległość – prawo odstąpienia

Zgodnie z UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, prawo odstąpienia od umowy nie przysługuje w przypadku:

  • treści cyfrowych po rozpoczęciu pobierania,

  • usług w pełni wykonanych.

Dokonując zakupu, wyrażasz zgodę na rozpoczęcie realizacji usługi lub dostarczenie treści cyfrowej przed upływem 14 dni i tym samym rezygnujesz z prawa odstąpienia od umowy.

7. Obowiązki użytkownika

Użytkownik zobowiązuje się do:

  • podawania prawdziwych danych,

  • punktualnego uczestnictwa w sesjach,

  • niewykorzystywania, niekopiowania i nierozpowszechniania materiałów bez pisemnej zgody usługodawcy.

8. Charakter usług

Usługi Akademii Zmian mają charakter edukacyjny i rozwojowy.

Nie stanowią porad:

  • medycznych,

  • psychologicznych,

  • prawnych,

  • finansowych.

9. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności

Skills Career Path Ltd nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za:

  • decyzje podjęte przez klienta,

  • brak osiągnięcia określonych rezultatów,

  • szkody pośrednie lub wynikowe.

10. Ochrona danych osobowych

Dane osobowe przetwarzane są zgodnie z UK GDPR i Polityką Prywatności dostępną na stronie internetowej Akademii Zmian.

Administratorem danych jest Skills Career Path Ltd.

11. Zmiany regulaminu

Regulamin może być okresowo aktualizowany. Aktualna wersja obowiązuje od momentu publikacji na stronie.

12. Prawo właściwe

Regulamin podlega prawu Anglii i Walii. Wszelkie spory rozstrzygane będą przez sądy właściwe dla Anglii i Walii.

Welcome to Akademia Zmian. By using this website and purchasing coaching or mentoring sessions, workshops or digital products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The service provider and contracting party is Skills Career Path Ltd.

2. Services offered

We provide:

  • individual in-person coaching sessions,

  • individual online coaching sessions (via video conferencing),

  • mentoring sessions,

  • personal development workshops,

  • digital products (e.g. e-books, training materials).

All services are educational and developmental in nature.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details. Skills Career Path Ltd does not store any card payment information.

By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions available on Stripe’s website.

4. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation of sessions

a) Booking

Sessions must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with session details.

b) Cancellations and refunds

  • a full refund is available if the session is cancelled at least 6 hours before the scheduled time,

  • cancellations made less than 6 hours before the session are non-refundable,

  • refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days.

c) Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

5. Digital products

a) Delivery

Digital products are provided electronically and made available for download immediately after payment.

b) Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, no refunds are available.

6. Distance selling and right of withdrawal

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • digital content once downloading or access has begun,

  • services that have been fully performed.

By purchasing digital products or booking sessions, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service or delivery of digital content and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. User obligations

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and truthful information when booking,

  • attend sessions on time,

  • not copy, distribute or share any digital products or session materials without written permission.

8. Nature of services

All services and materials provided by Akademia Zmian are educational and informational only.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

Skills Career Path Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • decisions made by clients based on the services,

  • failure to achieve specific outcomes,

  • any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy available on the Akademia Zmian website.

The data controller is Skills Career Path Ltd.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this website.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
